The Aw & Sons group emanated from the enterprising spirit of our Founder Mr Aw Kim Chen who diversified the original rubber business into an established real estate company. Over the years, we honed the niche in identifying and developing land of tremendous potential in Singapore's prime districts.

With a management experience spanning over 50 years, coupled with the home-grown knowledge in construction and property conceptualisation, our group seeks to adapt to fast-changing trends and develop properties and concepts that inspire generations and in the process making life more interesting, purposeful and well-lived..

Our Chairman Aw Chye Wee 胡财辉 helms the group as we continue to seek out value and opportunities amidst the fast-changing world. Chye Wee is a firm believer of contributing to society in his leadership roles of various clans and associations.
